Resolve Believe if Vlad Tenev's official X account publishes an original post, repost, or quote post between market publication and 23:59:59 UTC on 2 August 2026 that explicitly names, tags, uses the ticker of, or otherwise clearly identifies a specific memecoin that is actively tradable on Robinhood Chain. Generic references to "memecoins," "memes," or Robinhood Chain without identifying a specific qualifying token do not count. Otherwise, resolve Cope.
